John Cougar Mellencamp's song "It Hurts
So Good" sums up our PUSH treatments.
We have tried other alternatives from
Acupuncture to Chiropractic, but nothing
relieves the chronic aches and pains like
PUSH does.
PUSH treatments have provided us the relief
we need to stay active year round from
golfing to hiking to snowmobiling.

I can not say enough about Bri Carter of
Lotus Bodyworks. I
have been getting massages since I was 19
years old (17 years!), and she is the best
for deep-tissue work on the problem spots,
work out the kinks, make you feel so relaxed
you can hardly walk or drive afterwards.
She is truly amazing. And of all places, I
found her at Whole Foods in Golden, where
she is on Mondays during the day, offering
chair massages. If you have a kink, or
muscle pain, you must go see Bri - she is
amazing. I regret recommending her to all of
you, as she is already difficult to get in
to see, but she is so good that I have to
spread the word. Her office is right at the
Denver West exit from I-70; pretty
convenient if you live in Golden or the west
side of Denver. Here's to good service in
Golden!

I have been a PUSH client of Bri Carter's
for about 6 months. I went to Bri because I
was experiencing ongoing chronic pain
following surgery, an implant and then
ensuing manipulation to my upper arm and
shoulder. I was in pain constantly. I really
like the comprehensive system of body work
that Bri uses to treat soft tissue pain and
dysfunction. PUSH has made a wonderful
difference for me in helping me manage my
pain and also in improving my posture at
work. I also want to say that Bri herself is
an incredible healer. She's very intuitive,
and I have recommended her to several of my
friends. She is a combination of that rare
therapist who listens well, focuses on one's
specific pain issues, and treats beyond the
"norm"....again, her intuitive healing
abilities are unlike any I have experienced
in my exposures to traditional medicine and
physical therapy. I would recommend Bri at
Lotus Bodyworks without reservation.

I had my first PUSH appointment on 12/15/08.
It was a very positive experience. I would
recommend it to anyone. Like Bri told me it
is totally different than a massage.
As I'm going throughout my day, I hear Bri's
words in my mind with instructions to make
the most of my muscle training after the
PUSH treatment and how to carry my body for
the most optimum health.
I really thought that I was partially
paralyzed on the left side as I could not
move my head all the way to the left but
after my PUSH therapy and doing what Bri
recommends after, I am quite thrilled to say
that I can still after 6 weeks still move my
head all the way to the left side.
Of course, that's just one benefit. Bri
taught me a lot about how the body works and
how important it is that we carry the body
in the proper way.
Because I have flat feet and I wore high
heels for years, I was not carrying my body
correctly.
After 6 weeks, I still have to be very
cognizant of carrying my body correctly.
Do I recommend PUSH therapy? YES! Do I
recommend treatment with Bri? YES!
From Russell Lewie
After three auto accidents (none were my
fault), the cumulative damage to my body
included one bulging cervical disc, one
protruding cervical disc, chronically tight
neck muscles and ingrained tension patterns
causing headaches and shooting pains down my
right arm and into the first and second
fingers. After six years, my body actually
thought those chronically tight muscle
patterns were “normal.” Even after using
three different chiropractic techniques,
spinal decompression treatment (DRX 9000),
physical therapy, acupuncture,
Neuromodulation Technique (NMT), Rolfing and
massage, my progress leveled off at 85-90%
MMI (maximum medical improvement). In my
quest to reach 100%, Bri introduced me to a
new body therapy called PUSH. PUSH therapy
is designed to release deep-seated,
ingrained muscle patterns from old injuries
or chronically old body patterns. This
sounded like just what I needed to help my
body release the auto accident patterns that
it was holding on to.
I can truthfully say my healing curve has
begun again. My body no longer sabotages
itself after an adjustment or therapy, to go
back to its ingrained tension patterns. My
upper cervicals are holding their alignment
longer and I no longer get frequent
headaches. I am sleeping better and am able
to tolerate the stress from owning my own
Internet business. Bri even used PUSH
therapy to uncover hidden muscle patterns in
my lower back that were preventing my upper
cervical muscles from releasing and being
relaxed (balanced).
In spite of what medical doctors say, I
believe I can heal my body 100% from the
bulging and protruding cervical discs. I do
not intend to live the rest of my life with
chronic tension patterns and headaches
caused by the three auto accidents. PUSH
therapy is an integral part of my recovery
plan. Thank you Bri, for introducing me to
this wonderful, innovative and progressive
bodywork therapy.

I originally came to PUSH Therapy with a hip
injury, but here I am three months later,
injury free and still coming every other
week.
The advantageous effects PUSH Therapy has on
the performance and well being of my muscles

therapy, acupuncture, and even chocolate
